Joseph’s place was great. It was very conveniently located and we could really get to anywhere we wanted to in Sarasota within 15–20 min even with traffic. Place was super clean and the backyard is very wide open and spacious for our dog and to hangout!

Very nice house. Everything was clean. Huge backyard with a grill and picnic table. Host was very nice. Fast response and helpful. I’d definitely stay at this house.

The house has everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen stocked with basic condiments—just bring your own ingredients to cook your meals. The bathrooms are spacious, the bedrooms have incredibly comfortable beds, and there's a huge backyard with a barbecue grill.
If you're heading to the beach, don’t worry—there are beach chairs, a cooler, and even a football and volleyball in the garage for your convenience.
I stayed there with my family for 29 days, and I can confidently say the house exceeded our expectations. Joseph was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always quick to respond. I recommend this place without hesitation. -
